    Sec. 470q. Operations of Council; exemption

STATUTE

      The Council is exempt from the provisions of the Federal Advisory
    Committee Act (86 Stat. 770), and the provisions of subchapter II
    of chapter 5, and chapter 7, of title 5 shall govern the operations
    of the Council.
