    Sec. 78o-1. Brokers deemed to be registered

STATUTE

      All brokers and dealers for whom registration was in effect on
    May 27, 1936, in accordance with rules and regulations of the
    Commission prescribed pursuant to section 78o of this title shall
    be deemed to be registered pursuant to said section.
